A luxury housing developer are looking to appoint several new Sales Executives within the Truro area, due to forthcoming developments in 2017!
As an experienced Sales Executive you will be responsible for the entire sales process of homes on site. This will include: Sales negotiation and reservation of new build homes, dealing with solicitors and estate agents on a daily basis, dealing with customers and general members of the public and organising interior colours, options and extras. In addition you will be required to liaise with various departments in completion of administration work. You will earn commission on plot sales, recommendations and extras.
This is customer facing role, where customer service will be the most important part of your day to day duties. You should be highly motivated with strong communication skills, highly organised and the ability to multi task. You will be representing a high spec, no expense spared brand, selling the very best quality housing units. This is not a PLC company.
