Pertemps Managed Solutions have a fantastic opportunity for an Business Development Executive to join a new corporate recruitment team focused on recruitment across various verticals in the UK.
You will be a dynamic and successful Sales professional looking for a new and rewarding challenge. Pertemps Managed Solutions work with a number of clients normally within a RPO / MSP contract.
The main duties would include developing existing client relationships and source and develop new business. Ideally you will have a proven history of success within sales and will be looking to establish a career in recruitment. Excellent training is on offer, including residential and day to day coaching.
In this sales role you will be responsible for managing your own business without micromanagement or unnecessary performance metrics. We offer an intelligent and flexible staff management approach with balanced working hours.
