Technical Manager (FMCG)
Hours: 40 per week consisting of a Monday to Friday working week ( 8:30am – 5pm )
RGB is representing a family owned production company within the FMCG sector that requires an experienced Technical Manager to take the lead on new and exciting product launches as well as a new purpose built ingredients factory located a short distance from the main site. You will be supported by a strong team consisting of QA Managers, Senior Operatives, Technical Consultants & Administrators as well as a continued assistance from senior management including the Managing Director and Operations Director.
Your main responsibility will be to manage and lead the Technical Department ensuring production operations are in line with quality, BRC and safety standards. As such, a strong Technical Management background within the FMCG/ Fresh Produce sector is a must. Qualifications including HACCP and a Level 4 in Food Hygiene would also be strongly advised.
