Full Time Customer Representatives

Location: Dalkeith Road - Edinburgh

Pay Rate : £9.91 per hour

Start date : 25th February 2019

Working Hours - Monday to Friday - Rotational shifts between 08:00am - 18:00pm and 1 in roughly 3 or 4 Saturday's - 9am - 1pm shift

Pertemps are working with a client that specialises in the provision of business process services for the Life and Pensions Industry, So if you've got experience in Customer Services, we'd love to speak with you.

JOB ROLE:
We are Recruiting for Customer Service Representatives initially on 6 month temporary contract with the potential to go permanent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working in the Pensions department
- Responsible for delivering exceptional service over the phone.
- Take ownership of customer problems solving them at first point of contact and escalate when required
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business by identifying and taking ownership of opportunities for improvement to the processes you use
- Working in a team environment in an open plan office

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Good Communication- Written and Oral
- Take ownership of all customer requests
- Computer literate
- Understanding and Interpreting Data at a basic level
- Flexible, Adaptable and able to adapt to changes
