Full time Customer Service Administrastor
Location: The Gyle
Pay Rate: £9.92 er hour
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00

NO WEEKENDS

JOB ROLE: We are looking for Customer Sertvice Administrators for an amazing opportunity working with one of the largest banks in the UK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Working in new Customer Support team , dealing with inbound / outbound calls dealing with new business account applications - Working in a team environment in an open plan office

SKILLS REQUIRED: -
Delivering exceptional customer service
Confident when dealing with customers
Written and Oral - Take ownership of customer requests-
Computer literate - Understanding and Interpreting Data at a basic level -
Flexible, Adaptable and able to adapt to changes
