The ideal Mechanical Engineer will meet the following criteria:-

• Fantastic client facing skills
• The ability to build long lasting relationships.
• Experience with business develop or the desire to work in more of a BD role.
• Be at the top of the game within design – Mechanical bias.
• Must be able to lead and manage small and large project teams to successful completion.
• Ideally chartered with the CIBSE or CEng
• Ambitious, motivated, outgoing and a sociable individual
