Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Processing of invoices and supplier statements and working closely with supply chain to ensure purchase orders system is operating effectively - Daily production of customer invoices and upload to accounting system and invoice finance facility - Credit control - Reconciling bank statements and processing relevant journals - Preparation of monthly Payroll - Assist in the production of the monthly Management Accounts. To include: Accruals/prepayments, periodic journals, investigation of stocktake variances, P&L anomalies, nominal ledger recodes and control account reconciliations - Assist with the audit preparation and annual audit - Compile Ad hoc reports as requested - Supporting the Financial Manager Personal Profile: Our client is looking for a creative Assistant accountant with full end to end experience of management accounts.
