We are currently working with a brilliant four star hotel in the Grantham area of Lincoln who are looking for an experienced sous chef to join their kitchen team.
The hotel is a very popular venue that boasts five different food outlets ranging from large banqueting suites to smaller a la carte restaurants. They have many other facilities on site making it a very busy day to day hotel business.
The position of sous chef will be predominantly working on the restaurant side of the business, leading shifts, managing stocks, training staff, ordering and maintaining high levels of food safety and kitchen hygiene at all times. They will also be expected to help out in other areas of the hotel when needed.
The job is working to a 45 hour contract, working 5 straight shifts per week, including weekend, early and late shifts.
