We are currently working with a brilliant hotel in the Shirley area who are looking for a passionate chef to join their kitchen team.
The hotel boasts an AA rosette restaurant, multiple function rooms and luxury afternoon tea service. They are frequent hosts to weddings and corporate events throughout the weekdays.
The position on demi chef de partie will be working across all areas of the kitchen, helping with the daily restaurant lunch and dinner service and helping with the preperation and service of functions for up to 200 guests.
The job will be working to a 40 hour contract, spread across 5 straight shifts. Package includes generous annual leave and employee benefits. Also, a great opportunity to develop your skills and climb up the kitchen ladder.
