We are currently working with a brilliant four star hotel resort who are looking for chef de parties to work in all of their different departments.
The resort has catering outlets for an all day clubhouse /bar, multiple banqueting facilities and an award winning restaurant. They are a very well known venue playing host to frequent national events.
The positions of chef de partie will be working to a 48 hour contract, working 5 shifts per week, including weekends, early and late shifts. The positions will be maintaining high food safety and kitchen hygiene standards at all times.
