Sheridan Maine is looking for a Pension Administrator to join an FMCG organisation based in Warwickshire on a part-time basis of 6 hours a week. Ideal for anyone with experience in pensions looking for a part-time role

About the role

The duties for the Pension Administrator include:

  • Administration of the pension fund members monitoring the lifetime allowance as well as the annual allowance
  • Discussing retirements plans with members
  • Reconciliation of the pension bank accounts
  • Resolving member queries
  • Attend meetings each quarter for trustees
Person Specification

The Pension Administrator will have
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in pension administrator role
  • A high level of knowledge towards UK pension legislations – including knowledge of the lifetime and annual allowance
  • Confident with IT systems
  • The ability to work individually with little supervision
  • A good level of communication skill
