A exclusive and high class casino group based in the iconic west end of London is now looking for a permanent full-time VIP Administrator (Mandarin Speaking) to join their specialist team with a focus on administration, customer service and providing their VIP clients with an un-paralleled service.
This is permanent role based in Mayfair paying a salary package of £30,850 + excellent benefits
This is a shift based role including some nights and weekends working 40 hours per week
Core duties of the VIP Administrator (Mandarin Speaking):
- Coordinates and facilitates bespoke VIP activities and events, including parties and corporate box hosting at the request of the Marketing Team.
- Manage, update, and assist with data integrity of VIP database in CMS
- Responsible for Hotel reservations on behalf of qualified Club customers and international guests, as well as developing and maintaining Hotel Relationships and security corporate rates
- Represent the first point of contact for Customer Relations inquiries
- Regularly generate Excel and CMS reports to assist in tracking progress of new initiatives, projects, and customers
- Ensure profitability is maintained by reviewing revenues versus spend
- Collaborates with VIP Service Manager to execute short and long-range marketing plans
Keeps informed of competitive Casino Marketing efforts from both within the London market and abroad.
Person specification of the VIP Administrator (Mandarin Speaking):
- Fluent or native mandarin language ability
- Experience in a administrative role
- Experience of dealing with VIPs/HNWIs would be advantageous
- Flexibility to work shifts is required
