Part Time Eastleigh (Free Parking)
Pertemps Southampton Commercial are looking for an Administrator to work in Eastleigh to join a friendly team in a fast paced environment.
Some key duties of the Administrator will involve;
- Raising Invoices and obtaining orders numbers required
- Recording data and information on customer spread sheets
- Updating vehicle inspection sheets and producing PowerPoint presentations as required
The ideal Administrator will have:
- Good knowledge and experience of Excel
- A customer friendly approach a ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent time/workload management skills
