We have an exciting opportunity for a digitally focused Customer Service Executive to join our busy team in our central Birmingham office.
You will use your first class communication skills to work with our customers on the set-up and use of Social media including Facebook, Google My Business, Twitter & Foursquare.

Calling customers to set-up Social Media profiles/pages as part of one of our exciting new digital products.
Managing an ever changing portfolio of customers with varied Social Media experience through the social set-up journey.
Advising customers on best social media practices, to help them grow their business.
Providing customers with supporting materials, raising awareness of available tools ensuring customers are transitioned smoothly to an in-life Social experience.
Supporting Customer Webinars to further drive Social Usage amongst our customers.
