Full Time hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

We are currently looking to recruit a Full Time Fee Earner to join our legal client in their Employment Team in Central Bristol. We are seeking a bright, personable individual with a passion for team working and client contact.

You will run your own caseload, including giving advice on all aspects of employment law, negotiating settlements, issuing and preparing for Employment Tribunals hearings and carrying out advocacy. The role requires a highly motivated and organised person.
You must be capable of working independently using your own initiative. You must also be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, colleagues and professional contacts.

Main Duties:
-Supporting other fee earners and developing your own client caseload of individual and business clients;
-Achieving chargeable hours and fee income targets;
-Meeting all deadlines;
-Adhering to high client care and service standards, administrative requirements and Firm policies, and
-Contributing to the business development of the Team and the Firm, including preparing website and social media copy and giving presentations.

We are seeking a law degree and/or LPC graduate with Employment Law modules undertaken or a qualified Solicitor with up to 4 years' post qualification experience, with relevant experience in Employment law.
