We are currently looking to recruit an Administration Assistant and will be providing support to the Residential Property team to join our legal client in Central Bristol.
This is an important role that requires prompt and accurate attention to detail to ensure that we continue to deliver a high quality service to our clients from the very outset to the end.
You will need to be flexible and have the ability to prioritise your work.
Excellent communication skills and strong IT ability are important in this role. We are looking for someone with lots of initiative and enthusiasm who is prepared to work as a team player.
The main duties of the role will include:
-Opening new client files;
-Face to face client contact;
-Photocopying and scanning;
-Taking telephone messages regarding client matters;
-Updating Estate Agents;
-Dealing with general administrative tasks.
Some previous office experience is required as well as a good telephone manner.
