Working for a leading financial provider, this is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and customer focused candidate looking to pursue a career within a progressive and expanding organization.
Main duties will include directly providing a Customer Service, develop sincere customer relationships, accurately all transactions and perform supporting activities according to company guidelines and management directives.
Responsibilities will focus on Customer Service standards, Building Revenue, Managing People and Maintaining Operational Standards.
Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months retail / customer service experience, posess excellent attention to detail as well as strong numerary skills using a calculator.
Hours will be on a rota basis of 5 days per week between Monday and Saturday, between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
