An excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a leading engineering regulatory body in the Sheffield area.
The role will be providing administrative support to the Financial Accountant.
- Dealing with bank reconciliations
- Coding invoices
- Entering items onto cash book
- Looking at P & L's
- Ensuring things are charged and paid correctly
- Dealing with online payments
- General Adhoc support to the department
They are Looking for someone who has Finance Admin experience and studying towards accountancy/finance qualification would be beneficial.
They require someone who is familiar with cut off procedures, month end procedures, preparaing P&L balance sheets, SAGE line 50 and Excel.
The systems they use are Sage Line 50, Excel and RBS Bank line.
Please note the interviews will be held on Tuesday 22nd November in Sheffield and they are looking for someone who can start immediately.
