Excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Clerk to join a small established firm of Accountants in Shropshire.

This is a busy and varied and position within a small, pleasant hard working team.
Duties include:

- Preparation of accounts
- Calculation of tax and self assessments.
- Posting Income tax returns on to Iris software.
- General Bookkeeping duties
- Nominal & purchase ledger
- Using Excel spreadsheets

The right candidate:

- Must have practice experience
- Qualified- AAT or working towards their ACCA
- Ideally experienced in using Iris software or QuickBooks
- Competent user of EXCEL
- Experienced in Sage line50
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to deal with clients and build relationships.

A full time, permanent position your working hours will be Monday- Friday 9am-5pm. Salary: £18,000-£20,000 pa + benefits
