My Shifnal based Client is currently looking for a dynamic individual to join their well established, family run business in a Customer Service capacity on a Temp to Perm basis.
A superb working environment and free parking on site. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm with 30 minutes lunch. To start A.S.A.P.
This is a very diverse role which requires someone who can work on their own initiative and who enjoys a busy and varied role.
Responsible for general management of the office which includes:
" Taking customer phone calls and dealing with customer product queries, including taking telephone orders.
" Dealing with customer delivery queries and courier problems
" Management of the administration system of the web site for customer orders
" Assisting with Updating of Products
" Dispatching of orders and any other administration related tasks.
" Dealing with emails
" Responding to voice messages from the phone system
" Dealing with customers in the showroom and taking orders, this includes using the PDQ machine and handling cash
" Assisting ordering of products/stock and dealing with suppliers
" Producing delivery labels from various courier systems
" Assisting Picking Stock
" Assisting with day to day tasks to ensure smooth running of the office
" Processing of Returns
" Potential painting of postboxes
You must be confident in the use of Microsoft Excel and attention to detail is essential.
