Part Time Sales Administrator

We are looking for an experienced administrator with a proven track record of excellent accuracy, professionalism and ability to join a friendly team on a part time basis. Ideally, as an applicant, you will have a minimum of one year's experience in a similar role and show exemplary work ethics and determination.

Initial training provided to get you up to speed with the processes and methods.
With excellent opportunities for you to grow and develop your skills and experience.

Hours of work would be between 9:00am and 5:30pm, with a minimum of 16 hours of work per week, therefore flexibility with regards to when you work would be an important factor when being considered.

Rate of pay is negotiable based on previous experience and ability

Main duties will include:

- General administrative duties, replying to correspondence, liaising with new and existing customers by phone, email and traditional post where necessary.
- oKeeping records up to date and checking the accuracy of existing records.
- You may be asked to keep minutes for meetings on occasion.
- Managing and processing invoices.
- Arranging and coordinating meetings with new and existing clients, including transport arrangement where necessary.

The right candidate:

- Desire to learn and build new skills.
- Excellent team player with positive attitude.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word and time keeping software.
- Proven track record within an administrative position prior to applying for this role.
- Academic achievements are advantageous but attitude and experience are essential.
