Our Client based in Pentwyn is looking for a HR Administrator for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment.
Working within the HR Shared Services department you will be required to provide an efficient, professional administration facility in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Duties will include:-
Reviewing and inputting starter/leaver information onto SAP HR system
Processing miscellaneous payments
Review and distribute reports received from group payroll
Resolve queries from Managers and Employees
Maintain and update eligibility to work records
Filing payroll information
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Reception cover when required.
The successful candidate will be a team player with good attentional to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
Previous SAP and payroll experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
Hours of work are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
