Our client based in Celtic Springs is looking for an experienced Despatch Administrator for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment.
Previous office experience is essential as you will be required to provide administrative support surrounding Smart Metering/despatch activities.
Duties will include:-
- Operating office systems
- Processing documents
- Maintaining accurate records
- Accessing information
- Resolving enquiries and complaints from both internal and external parties
Hours of work are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility
