My prestigious client based in Meriden, are currently recruiting for an IT Support Desk Technician / Analyst to join their established team on a permanent basis.

They will be offering an attractive salary of 18,000 plus benefits

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

The role involves working on the support desk providing phone based support to approx. 1600 users spread across 150 branches. You will be the first point of contact for the users and will need to have the ability to use your own initiative and problem solve effectively

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience working in a similar environment and ideally have the below skills and experience:

Be able to work within an active directory
Have the knowledge of Windows office packages outlook/word/excel
Have experience of working within Citrix systems
Have the knowledge of working within bespoke systems
Dealing with 3rd parties
Basic networking knowledge would be desirable
Experience of call logging systems
Working to SLA'S
ITIL Certification or at least knowledge of how ITIL works
Have a customer focused approach
Be a real team player

The working hours will be Monday Friday, and they are offering an attractive salary of 18,000 pa along with a pension scheme and other benefits
