An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded, professional organisation located in Ashby de la Zouch as an office administrator to work in their legal services dept.The position is permanent, offering a salary of 15,000 - 18,500 (DOE).
Working individually, but also as part of a team, your duties will include
Answering telephone calls, redirecting where appropriate
Greeting visitors into the business
Dealing with queries
Booking of travel arrangements for Consultants Hire Cars, Hotels, Taxis, Ferries, Trains, Flights
Printing and collation of various types of documents
Acknowledgement of Instructions/Purchase orders
General Administration e.g. Scanning, Filing, Photocopying, ordering of office supplies, formatting of documents/reports.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of law, be computer literate and confident with using Microsoft Office Suite, have good communication skills; both verbal and written, good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
