Our leading client based in North West Leicestershire is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
The purpose of the role is to support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication. Communicating via phone and email, ensuring all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner is essential. Therefore applicants will therefore need to be confident, effective communicators with a high level of attention to detail and all round excellent team players.
Role responsibilities will include being responsible for:
Purchasing of all sundry items e.g. stationary, consumables etc.
The management of telephone calls if members of staff are not in the office to take them.
The administration and outgoing and incoming post.
Providing administrative support to commercial operational and quantity surveying teams.
Undertaking general secretarial support.
Maintaining records e.g. insurance, health and safety, subcontractor lists.
Completing general filing as required.
Other general administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the regional office.
Supporting the Regional cost clerks where appropriate.
Raising electronic orders on Causeway bespoke software.
Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Maintaining contact lists.
Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Developing and maintaining a filing system.
Booking travel arrangements.
Providing general support to visitors.
