Our prestigious client based in Tamworth is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the team on a temporary basis. The position would be full time with working hours being Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30 with one hour lunch.
Daily tasks for the successful candidate would be as follows:
- Dealing with customers via phone
- Arranging Samples for new customers & existing customers
- Order Entry
- Document Scanning - behind the scenes adjustments - training provided
- Account Management - setting up new accounts/ closure of accounts
- Providing online support to customer with ordering
A good Knowledge of outlook, Excel and word is preferred as these are used daily. Although previous Sage experience would be an advantage it is not required. Joining a friendly and welcoming team , the successful candidate must be a team player who enjoys working in a busy environment. Excellent organisational skills are required and the successful candidate must be able to commit to working up until the Christmas period.
