My client based In Tamworth is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team .
This is an office based role to promote the client to all existing and new broker contacts, and to actively seek out new business opportunities. This will be achieved through establishing and maintaining positive relationships with all parties, having basic knowledge of products and criteria, to deliver updates as necessary to team members, to accurately record new business, to collect market intelligence and to maintain and build broker database.
Reasonably anticipate, minimise and manage operational risk
Adhere to all industry regulations and standards
Maintain integrity and identify potential areas of financial risk
Work towards agreed SLAs - both individually and in your team
To liaise with team manager on all issues
Demonstrate core values and behaviours
Provide feedback on team, other departments, competitors, lenders and brokers
Identify opportunities for new business
Maintain good product and criteria knowledge
Identify and champion areas of improvement and training for company and team
Positive and encouraging attitude
To adhere fully to company handbook and policies
Any other roles as seen appropriate by management
Enquiry Targets to be met as set by management
Actively generate new business
To work all cases within agreed SLAs
Adhere to monthly/quarterly performance targets as set
Working hours are Monday-Friday and the salary is £16,000-£18,000.
