An experienced a Customer Service Team Leader required to implement and lead a new Service Delivery Team. You will be responsible for delivering a consistent and excellent level of service and responsible for setting up and leading a highly skilled and motivated team of Customer Service Advisors
Provide a pro-active first point of contact for all customer escalation issues, and ensure they are resolved within agreed SLA's
Coordination of Customer Service Team members
Support the management team to provide a first class Customer service.
The successful candidate must demonstrate -
Previous Customer Service Experience
Previous experience of managing a team of people
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A strong level of attention to detail
Analytical & Problem Solving Experience
