An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic self motivated candidate to join an established business as a Customer Liaison Advisor . The successful candidate will ideally be from a Manufacturing background.
You will be responsible for accepting and acknowledging orders, ensuring adequate lead times are given and pricing is correct.
Loading orders onto an MRP system (Paragon)
Provide effective communication to the Customer regarding their orders, communicating any delays and improvements etc.
Attention to detail; an eye for accuracy, quickly identifying errors and analysing data.
Excel skills - must be extremely literate in Excel, including vlookup, concatenation, pivot tables, analysis over several sheets. Use of macros would be beneficial although not compulsory.
Time management - able to multi-task, manage high workloads and prioritise diary effectively.
Good communication skills (verbal and written, able to influence at all levels).
Able to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment.
The ability to work to tight deadlines.
