Pertemps client, a well known Public Sector organisation based in Falkirk is seeking to recruit Data Input staff on a F/T temporary basis.

Role Purpose:

To accurately input data into various internal computer systems

Your new role/Duties

- To read the power of attorney registration form and associated (AO completed) checklist
- Accurately input data to the Sigma computer system using the power of attorney document, registration form and AO direction from checklist
- Authorise the power of attorney on the Sigma system
- Produce the certificate of registration and associated documentation
- Add a red seal, emboss and staple the certificate of registration
- Staple the granter and specified person's copies
- Envelope all documentation taking care to enclose the correct paperwork to the correct recipient
- Work as a team player and be involved in team discussions and coaching sessions to achieve best practice within the team

Skills/Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
- Time management

Due to the sensitive nature of the role a standard disclosure will be required dated within the last 12 months
