Sheridan Maine are working closely with a leading regional organisation to find an Accounts Administrator to join their team. This role is based in Wells, Somerset.
Playing a pivotal role within the team, The Accounts Administrator will support both the Accounting officers and the Sales Ledger team, working well with the other team members. Working within a friendly environment in modern offices, this role will be paying up to £21,000 plus onsite parking.
The Accounts Administrator will report into the Sales Team Leader with varied responsibilities such as:
- Investigating credits on accounts.
- Action internal and external enquiries.
- Investigating discrepancies from accounts raised and other debtors invoiced.
- Despatching sales invoices.
- Actioning all cheques received.
