My client based south of Lincoln is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a full time position and you will need to be flexible as the shift pattern will be 5 days out of 7.
Your main responsibilities will be:
" Answering the phone and dealing with email enquires while delivering high levels of customer service
" Responding to customer requests
" Maintaining contact with customers to ensure all requests have been met
" Providing a prompt responsive service while upholding the companies outstanding reputation
Are you enthusiastic and self motivated with a strong teamwork ethic?
Can you build good strong working relationships?
Are confident with a professional telephone manner?
Are you comfortable with using Microsoft packages and inputting data on to a computer?

Salary is £18,175. Own transport is required due to location.
