Our client is a leading livery company in the City of London, who is currently recruiting for a Sales and Events Co-ordinator to work within their unique, historic City based premises with a focus on maximising income through high quality event production. Events can range from grand corporate dinners to private weddings and celebrations.
This is full-time permanent opportunity paying £25,000 pro rata + excellent benefits including free lunch.

This role reports directly to the Head of Event Sales

Core duties of the Sales and Events Co-ordinator:
Conduct client tastings and visits with a focus on the customer journey
Ensure proactive/reactive correspondence with all potential clients (account management)
Contribute to the achievement of monthly team targets
Full-service event management and client liaison
Contribute to monthly sales meetings
Liaise with external suppliers for catering, flowers, AV etc
Help to maintain the media library
Collate testimonials for the marketing team's use
Skills/attributes required of the Sales and Events Co-ordinator:
A proven track record of events sales experience and meeting targets
- Demonstrable experience of delivering a portfolio of events on-site
A positive and helpful approach to customers and colleagues
Ability to develop a strong understanding of the local market/competitor activity
Passionate about providing a superior customer experience
Negotiation skills
