Required to join a local authority based in the West Midlands. The main aim of the job is to co-ordinate, and facilitate learning and development in group and individual sessions to meet national occupational standards and local performance standards.
and to work as part of the Social Care Development team and contribute to the team's objectives as a whole.You will need experience working in the Social care sector, organising and delivering training programmes and assessing against agreed competencies. A level 3/4 teaching qualification is essential together with an Assessors award or equivalent. This is an 18 month temporary contract.
