Customer Adviser

Shift Pattern : Part-Time Early - Minimum of 16 hours and a maximum of 34 hours per week. Minimum of 3 days out of 7, Maximum of 5 (over a Mon-Sun weekly period). Shifts between 06:00 16:00 Mon-Sun. Minimum of 4 hours and maximum of 10 hours per day.

Usual Salary 16,668 - 17,593 PRO RATA

Your role

Joining our friendly contact centre team, you'll take calls from all kinds of people. Whatever the customer query, you'll make all the difference. More than just a voice at the end of the phone, you'll be there for customers every step of the way.

What you'll need

We recruit all kinds of people, of all backgrounds, ages and interests. Crucially, you'll demonstrate willingness to learn and the ability to respond to customer requests in a way that's efficient, friendly and helpful. Good at communicating on the phone, and a great listener, you're ready to relate to all sorts of people and provide the information they need.

We particularly want to hear from enthusiastic, empathetic people with great communication skills and a good telephone manner.

Please note that the salary quoted is based on working a full-time 35 hour working week, the salary will be pro-rated against the part-time hours.
