Customer Adviser

Shift Pattern : Late to bed 30-40 hours per week. Shifts between Mon-Sun. 12:00-22:00 5 days per week. 4-10 hour shifts. Maximum 6 weekend days per 8 weeks.

Usual salary plus the following increases: 50% for hours between 8pm and 10pm.

Your role

Joining our friendly contact centre team, you'll take calls from all kinds of people. Whatever the customer query, you'll make all the difference. More than just a voice at the end of the phone, you'll be there for customers every step of the way.

What you'll need

We recruit all kinds of people, of all backgrounds, ages and interests. You will need good customer service experience, ideally from a Call or Contact Centre and you need to be passionate about doing a great job for customers. Crucially, you'll demonstrate willingness to learn and the ability to respond to customer requests in a way that's efficient, friendly and helpful. Good at communicating on the phone, and a great listener, you're ready to relate to all sorts of people and provide the information they need.
