My client is one of the West London Borough Councils, who have created a new role within the Trade Waste sector of the Council. They are looking for a Sales Superstar to take this business area to the next level within the Sales Executive to sell the Councils Trade Waste Services.
Customers include individuals, businesses and other local authorities. As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business; sales executives work to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.
Working in the busy commercial Trade Waste team, you will be responsible for increasing the council's market share of the Trade Waste Service. This will involve proactively engaging businesses across the borough.
The post holder will need to record data collected from business visits and submit it on a daily basis using templates supplied. Other duties include assisting with contract queries and resolution and to ensure that all commercial waste issues are progressed and resolved effectively and in good time.
This is an ideal role for someone who has previous experience in the Waste sector but no essential.
