My client based in the county town of Warwick are looking to add a Helpdesk Support Analyst to their current team.

Your experiences will include:
- Experience of working in a customer facing (helpdesk) environment, working to customer and service standards.
?- Experience of administering and supporting IT systems within Social Care (Adults or Children's).
?- The proven ability of implementing processes consistently, ensuring documentation is current and accurate.
?- Experience of maintaining administering ICT systems accurately.
?- Knowledge of business process re-engineering techniques and configuring systems to improve business processes.
?- Ability to communicate clearly in plain English.
?- Working as part of a team in a changing work environment.
ITIL Foundation is desired are qualifications in Customer Service
