Purchase order raising and processing using SRM / SAP
Invoice processing in SRM / SAP
Production of power point presentations
Admin support to members of the Healthcare Team, incl absence management and expenses
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
Design and maintain databases
File and retrieve documents and reference materials (hardcopy and electronically)
Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events incl catering
Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings, follow up actions
Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
Answer and manage incoming calls
Receive and interact with incoming visitors
Liaise with internal staff at all levels
Interact with external clients and business partners
Co-ordinate project-based work
Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
Ad-hoc project work
Required key skills
Excellent communication skills - written and oral
Proficient to advanced level in word, power point, email. Excel intermediate level.
Ability to use initiative and problem solve.
At least 5 years experience providing support at a high level within multi-national corporates.
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite, SAP, SRM, CRM Office 365, Lotus Notes.
High standard office administrative practices and procedures
Degree an advantage but not essential
Language skills an advantage but not essential
3 to 6 months temporary contract could be longer.
