Our client is looking for a qualified teacher of Art to teach Key Stage 4 students for two terms to cover maternity, you will need to have good behaviour management as the school is a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU)educating vulnerable children. You will have the ability to teach Art to GCSE level. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner seeking to inspire and motivate young people who need a genuine fresh start and high quality teaching. At their last Ofsted inspection, the school was rated as 'good' with 'outstanding features'.

SALARY: £24,000 - £35,000 Per Annum
LONG TERM: £130.00 - £170.00 per day.
KEY STAGES: Key Stage 4
CONTRACT TYPE: Long term contract

In addition to the core curriculum, the school provides a varied and extended curriculum including music therapy, targeted literacy intervention, horse riding as well as vocational courses and work experience placements. The classes are small and this enables students to make good progress as staff can ensure that learning is tailored to individual student needs.
A key feature of the school is to provide a high quality education programme tailored specifically for individual needs.
