SALARY: £130 - £160 per day for a Long-Term Supply Position

You will be working alongside pupils who span the full ability range and the mean ability of the students at this school is at the national average. All students at our client school enter the Sixth Form or attend further education and they aim for 100% of their students to go on to higher or further education.

THE ROLE - MATHS TEACHER
This is a permanent vacancy in the Maths department starting from January 2017. The successful candidate will be an excellent and innovative classroom practitioner who can lead and enthuse students. You will be a positive rolemodel and have a proven track record of leading innovation to impact upon student achievement. We are seeking a Maths Teacher with outstanding organisational skills, a passion for learning and a someone who has a driving ambition for every learner.
MATHS TEACHER SPECIFICATION
The successful Maths Teacher will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning Skills Status (QTLS). You will be a Maths Teacher with a clear passion for your subject area and with a hard-working, dedicated and ambitious nature. Excellent subject knowledge for GCSE and A-Level Maths would be advantageous for this role although not essential.
The school will consider applications from Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) for this Maths Teacher role.
