YEAR 5 CLASS TEACHER, LONG TERM ROLE- HARLOW, ESSEX

An opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Year 5 Class Teacher to join a 2 form entry 'Outstanding' Primary School for a long term assignment, in Harlow, Essex.

JOB TITLE - Long Term Year 5 Class Teacher
LOCATION - Harlow, Essex
There is limited parking on site however the school is surrounded by adjacent roads with ample parking facilities without parking charges or permit holder restrictions.
SALARY -£150-£180 per day for Long Term Supply Teacher contracts.
KEY STAGES - (KS2) Teacher
START DATE - January 2017

THE ROLE - YEAR 5 CLASS TEACHER
The Education Network is currently working with and recruiting on behalf of this outstanding Primary School. They are seeking to appoint a dedicated and motivating classroom practitioner that will contribute to making a difference to the classroom and the School overall. The Class is fully inclusive, and you should have the ability to inspire, motivate and support pupils of all backgrounds and capabilities.

As a newly appointed Teacher you will be responsible for a class of just under 30 bright Year 5 pupils, preparing them to go into their last year of Primary School and getting ready to sit their SATs. This is a full time class teacher role, until the end of the Academic year and you will be responsible for full lesson preparation, setting and marking pupil assessments within the National Curriculum framework for Key Stage 2.

TEACHER SPECIFICATION
A keen, proactive and versatile Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher is required to motivate and engage the enthusiasm of this Year 5 class.

The successful teacher will be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

- Genuine enthusiasm and passion for children's education
- Committed approach to enhance students attainment levels
- Show continued commitment to plan and prepare and efficiently deliver lessons plans
- Fully engage all students, of all abilities
- Excellent Classroom and Behaviour Management, and the ability to put systems in place
- Have a very good understanding of the current National Curriculum framework and both the Pupil and Schools needs
- You should be able to work well on your own, and as part of the KS2 team of Teaching and Support Staff, managing your own time and that of your support staff efficiently
