SALARY - £80-£110 per day for Long Term HLTA contract posts

THE ROLE - HIGHER LEVEL TEACHING ASSISTANT (HLTA)
The Education Network are currently recruiting Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) on behalf of numerous primary schools in North Essex, the candidates we recruit are devoted and able to make the difference in the primary schools that we represent and endeavour to surpass all expectations set of them.
The clients the Education Network represent have high expectations of their teaching staff and expect no different of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) on a supply basis, they will be welcomed and helped with substantial support, and the same working capacity will be expected of a (HLTA) whether they are on a Temporary or Permanent contract.
SUCCESSFUL HIGHER LEVEL TEACHING ASSISTANTS (HLTA) MUST HOLD RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS.
Having previous experience as a (HLTA) in the UK is desirable. Our clients will consider applications from either experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) or newly qualified (HLTA's) for these roles.
The Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure that every child reaches their full potential.
