An excellent opportunity has arisen within a dynamic accountancy/consultancy business in South West London. Seeking a bright Tax/Account Management Clerk to join the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have worked in a practice background preferably providing tax, payroll, accounting and company administerial services to small business owner/managers.
Tax / Payroll computation processing (processing of system generated pay slips, dividend vouchers etc.) for a portfolio of clients
Answering day to day tax and payroll related queries from directors/owner/managers of Limited Companies (covering CT, VAT, Business expenses, PAYE and NIC's,
Dividends, etc.) via telephone/email
Company administration and filing
Ad hoc duties
Extremely organized with very strong attention to detail
Strong system skills - Excel (formulae), Outlook, ability to learn and adapt to new software
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Ability to handle large volumes of processing and queries in pressured environment
