An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CDM/Health and Safety officer to join a leading Social Housing association. The role will be based in London with travel across the South East.
As a CDM/Health and Safety Officer you will be responsible for all CDM activities associated with construction environments. This will include Identifying, collecting and passing on pre construction information and showing the health and safety risks within this as well as ensuring best practice and operational compliance, legislative compliance, contract management and liaising with and advising external stakeholders.
You will have CDM experience and NEBOSH construction as a minimum. Ideally you will have membership of the association project safety (IMAPS). You will be left to manage multiple CDM projects so being able to work autonomously as you will be managing your own diary and prioritising your workload is of upmost importance. It essential you hold a full UK driving licence.
In return you will receive a salary of 42,000 plus a benefits package which includes a generous pension and 26 days annual leave.
