They have an exciting new position for an experienced and confident SHEQ Advisor to provide effective guidance, support and advice at sites within the Northern division.

As an Advisor, you will be part of a successful and respected SHEQ team responsible for providing exceptional support, recognising areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. You will be a hands-on professional, conducting a range of inspections, assessments and audits to ensure all sites are compliant and that there is a positive level of engagement amongst employees. You will report into a Senior SHEQ Advisor and will strive to build effective working relationships at all levels to ensure the successful delivery of SHEQ services.
You must have extensive experience within the construction industry within a SHEQ remit, having covered multiple sites and new build projects. You will ideally hold the NEBOSH or NCRQ Diploma (or equivalent) but candidates working towards this will be considered, with the right skillset and ability to challenge others where necessary.
This is a newly created position as part of a positive restructure to expand the busy, highly-demanded SHEQ team. You will receive a competitive salary in the region of 45,000 - 50,000 and additional benefits, including car allowance, healthcare plan and pension scheme with fantastic opportunities for professional growth and development.
