Fantastic part-time office based role available with one of our top clients!

This is initially a 6 months Fixed Term Contract, with the likelihood of permanency. Our client is situated in a small office within a technical organisation, in close proximity to Three Bridges train station. The hours of work 9am - 4.00pm for 3 days per week. The role is due to commence as soon as possible, although notice periods may be taken into account. Free parking on site and 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (pro-rota). The role will involve the full scope of sales administration as well as some financial duties:

- Taking calls/emails in regards to products
- Providing quotations
- Stock control
- Arranging dispatch of products
- Invoicing
- Soft credit control
