Our client is looking for a confident and personable candidate to assist in the office management of their Horsham site. Hours of work will be Mondays and Thursdays between the hours of 9am - 2pm. This role is due to start immediately, with a view to going permanent. Extensive free parking on site.
Main duties involved in the position will be as follows:
- Assist in the processing of orders
- Manage incoming/outgoing post
- Be a first point of contact for all incoming calls and fielding effectively
- Ordering stationary
- Maintaining databases
- Assist with invoicing
- Ensure all Health and Safety paperwork is completely correctly and recorded effectively
In order to be successful in this role, you must be personable and confident individual with strong IT skills. Previous administration experience is essential for this position.
