0900hrs - 1700hrs Monday to Friday
£7.50ph - £9.00ph depending on experience
Our client based at East Midlands Airport is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a 6 - 12 week temporary contract. This position will be working with a team of individuals to support the company with their day to day tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.
The duties of the Administrator are;
Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries as and when they arise
Filing away all tech logs, charge sheets and pages
dding sales and customer invoices onto sage system
Filing away engineer timesheets
Inputting timesheet information onto in house systems
Sending client charge sheets and invoices
The Essential skills and experience required for the successful administrator are;
Good attention to detail
Ability to solve problems as and when the arise
Methodical and organised
Able to work alone and as part of a team
Experience working within an Administration role
Good telephone manor
GCSE Grades A*-C
We would like to hear from applicants who have experiences as an Administrator, Admin Assistant, Clerical Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, Office Administrator, Finance Assistant or has experience working with Purchas Ledger, Sales Ledger or Sage.
